Ted Houser | Artist, Professional Graphic Designer

Ted Houser is a dedicated & passionate professional with a lifelong love for graphic design. Since his teenage years, he has honed his skills across multiple disciplines, including printed marketing collateral, web design, & the intricate coordination required for large-scale, multi-day convention events.

With a strong commitment to excellence, Ted excels at meeting deadlines, finding creative solutions, & consistently exceeding expectations. His ability to seamlessly blend creativity with strategic execution has left a lasting impact on every project he undertakes & continues to take on.

One of the most rewarding experiences for Ted has been his involvement with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita Support, Inc. (AMCSI). Giving back to the AMC community through graphic design, web development, & email marketing has been a source of great inspiration. Seeing his designs embraced by the board, the AMC community, & event committees—worn with pride & shared enthusiastically—has been both humbling & fulfilling. Ted looks forward to continuing this rewarding partnership for years to come.

A significant achievement for Ted was designing the logo for the 4th International Symposium on Arthrogryposis. This opportunity allowed him to contribute to a cause close to his heart, & he eagerly anticipates ongoing collaboration with the symposium.

Ted’s experience with large-scale events such as the EXXXOTICA Expo & the 420 Expo has exposed him to diverse communities, enriching his perspective & reinforcing his commitment to inclusivity. From conceptualizing & launching these events from the ground up to seeing his designs featured on billboards in Times Square & in front of tens of thousands of attendees, these moments have been indescribably gratifying. They serve as a testament to his passion for design & its power to connect people in meaningful ways.

Ted is deeply grateful for every opportunity to create, inspire, & contribute to communities through his work. He looks forward to continuing this journey with enthusiasm & dedication.

~ Website for Arthrogryposis (AMC) Awareness ~

Nothin’ Special tb was created to help raise awareness about Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC)—a rare condition I was born with.

In short, AMC affects approximately 1 in 3,000 births, with over 400 different types—& no two cases are exactly alike. Each person’s experience with AMC is uniquely their own, just like mine.

Ted did an amazing job on this drawing! We initially reached out to Ted to see if he could do a drawing for Father’s Day of one of the buildings at St. Johnsbury Academy. He was super quick to respond and sent example photos that included enough detail for him to work with. Once we decided on which angle we wanted, he got to work, sent progress photos along the way, and had it shipped to us in time for us to surprise our dad. It’s now proudly hanging in the home office, and Dad gets to think of SJA whenever he looks at it.

Many thanks!

Teddy was asked to draw a portrait of our house and when we opened this gift we saw a portrait of our home, a piece of our life, where memories will live forever. He is an extremely talented artist working with pen and ink. The thing you immediately notice about his work is the detail, each brick, each piece of grass, and even the leaves in the trees. It now hangs in our living room for all to see. Many thanks. No one could do it better!

This building, the Pythian Block, is very special to us and Ted has captured a special place in time with his work! The detail ... brick by brick is unbelievable! This was a Christmas gift several years ago and has been appreciated daily as we enter our living space here. Ted's artwork continues on to be part of the history of this building.
